Its role, processing location, contractual safeguards and privacy terms must be reviewed before launch. Our hosting and email providers may also process limited information to provide their services.
Retention and sharing
We will keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting agreement, legal obligations and legitimate business records. A specific retention schedule must be approved before launch.
