Website terms
These website terms and the separate referral agreement require solicitor review before accepting live referrals.
About Referly
Referly trades as part of LCS Property Services, a trading name of LCS Property Services Watford Ltd. LCS Property Services Watford Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 08788633, with its registered office at Sharnbrook, Bell Lane, Bedmond, Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire, WD5 0QS. Referly acts as a broker for potential business introductions. It may present an opportunity, help the parties establish proposed terms and record their acceptance. Referly is not the supplier of the underlying goods or services and does not receive, hold or distribute finder’s-fee or commission payments between the parties.
No deal until both parties accept
A referral enquiry does not create a contract or entitlement to payment. The referrer and the business expected to pay the finder’s fee must both expressly accept the written deal, including the fee, success trigger, evidence requirements, payment timing and any exclusions, before the referral proceeds.
No guarantee
Referly does not guarantee that an enquiry will be accepted, that a connection will be made, that business will be completed or that a finder’s fee, reward or commission will become payable. The £50 shown on the website is illustrative only.
Checks and rejection
Referly may make proportionate checks and may reject, suspend or end an opportunity that appears unsuitable, unsupported, duplicated, misleading, unlawful or illegitimate. This statement does not promise a particular level of verification or guarantee any party’s identity, conduct or services.
Fees
Referly’s own fee is agreed separately with the relevant client before work begins. No fee structure or percentage displayed elsewhere should be treated as binding unless it forms part of a written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Information and consent
You must provide accurate information and must not submit another person’s contact details without an appropriate basis and their knowledge or permission. Personal contact details should not be disclosed to the receiving business until the required consent and acceptance process is complete.
